8.0Lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación, ya que al estar cerca del puente de Rialto lo tienes todo a un paso, pero al mismo tiempo se trata de una calle tranquila con poco tránsito.
− Las ventanas son de madera, no de PVC, por lo que el aislamiento acústico a la calle deja mucho que desear. Necesitaría cambiar las ventanas por unas más modernas.

9.0Nice having 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. There is another full bathroom downstairs that was a bonus for everyone in the family to get ready at the same time. Small fridge for your drinks & snacks. Small washer was a nice convenience but to there is no dryer.
− Beware that you will need to carry luggage up to 2nd & 3rd floor bedrooms! It was a bit difficult to find at first. Take water taxi to San Silvestro dock.
