− ★☆☆☆☆ – Very Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. The room did not match the description on the website. I had booked a room with two separate beds, but we were given a room with only one bed. As a result, my son had to sleep on the floor. When we asked for help, the staff were not willing to offer a solution. The room was old and not very clean. There was no air conditioning and no refrigerator. The toilet was outside the room, which was not made clear when booking. The photos on the website look much better than the reality. They create expectations that the hotel does not meet. We also did not like the Camden Town area. It was very noisy, chaotic, and felt dirty. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay and would not book this hotel again.

10.0This place is FANTASTIC!! The photos were not representative of the actual room we got which a pleasant surprise. We had the entire top floor. A very large room. With 4 single beds, a full kitchen & large balcony. Right next to Camden tube. Whilst we shared a bathroom with 3 other rooms we never had to wait. The place was spotless
− Lots of stairs. But for the outstanding value and veiw from balcony a very minor issue.

10.0really convenient location, it was easy to check in and out, and the property was very communicative for any questions by whatsapp. everything was easy and the property met our needs, it turned out to be a lovely trip!
− Not sure what could have been better. We were out and about a lot, so just needed a place to rest our heads, it did that perfectly. Check-in and check-out was easy, the location was good, etc. We liked it all!

− lack of some basics... Cork screw, bottle opener, cooking oil, salt sugar etc... maybe its not standard but other places iv stayed had it and it made a difference for a 2 day stay.
