10.0El ático es simplemente espectacular. Luminoso, elegante y muy bien cuidado, con una distribución cómoda y todos los detalles pensados para que la estancia sea perfecta. Las vistas desde el apartamento son impresionantes. La ubicación es inmejorable: tranquila pero muy bien comunicada, lo que permite disfrutar de Venecia sin aglomeraciones y llegar fácilmente a los principales puntos de interés. El edificio cuenta con embarcadero propio. Queremos destacar especialmente la limpieza, impecable, y la calidad del equipamiento: camas muy cómodas, cocina completamente equipada y un ambiente acogedor que te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. La comunicación con la anfitriona Marinella fue excelente, siempre atento, amable y disponible para cualquier necesidad, con recomendaciones muy útiles para disfrutar al máximo de la ciudad. Sin duda, un alojamiento excepcional que supera las expectativas. Volveríamos a elegirlo sin pensarlo y lo recomendamos al 100%.

10.0Bella, Bella Palazzo was beautifully located on the Grand Canal, had its own dock access with private taxi service as well as water taxis from St. Lucia train station. A quick walk from Academia Bridge to the Palazzo was easy to walk. Suite located on the fourth floor had easy access on elevator. Spacious 3 bedrooms with accompanying bathrooms. Great working kitchen and plenty of dinning and living room spaces with lovely outside terrace.

10.0Top-floor-apartment in a palazzo facing the Canale Grande with a boat-landing-stage for watertaxis and a foodwalk-entrance to Calle Contarini Corfu. Two minutes walk to the Vaporetto@Accademia station. Two supermarkets (300m and 900m), several nice restaurants and small shops within walking-distance - the location cannot be better! The apt. is quiet, tastily furnished, absolutely clean and completely equipped with whatever you might need, including kind details like coffee-tabs and umbrellas. Easy to reach with an elderly elevator (which has some rules to be obeyed and then works most properly). Plus comfy beds, excellent bathrooms, a huge furnished terrace and two small balconies. You can hardly find a better home in Venice!
