9.0The location was excellent. Quiet street, lovely area. Close to the underground (therefore making it convenient to get to all the tourist sites) and shops, ie supermarkets, restaurants & cafes.

10.0The room was very clean and everything we needed for our stay was arranged. The room was near to Paddington station and Bayswater station. It's true that we heard the noise from nearby rooms and upstairs, but it didn't matter at all to us.
