4.0Appalling communication. A young woman from Indonesia with scant reception and service skills was left in charge while the "boss" relayed instructions digitally. There was no-one there when I arrived and when I went to the room that I thought was allocated to me sent a WhatsApp message to see if it was correct. It was but once installed the receptionist was sent to get more money from me. I was told it was a deluxe room and cost more. I don't know what was deluxe about it. Maybe the mould on the bathroom ceiling. Noone had said it was a more expensive room. I was there 9 days and never offered clean towels or sheets. You need a code to get in front door but this was not sent in advance. I got in when someone left the premises. An awful experience all round.
