10.0Staff were amazing and attentive to questions and welcoming. The hotel is like a hidden gem I highly recommend it. Super clean and the ac in the room was perfect for the hot weather. Perfect location in central London. The images don't lie this is a perfect destination if you're visiting London solo or friends and especially as a couple definitely book.
− The ac or vent sound on the outside was slightly noticeable but not off-putting the whole night. Not sure if there is or wasn't clear at the time but it would have been nice to have a vent extractor in the shower for the steam to go into.
No privacy in bedroom from adjacent offices
3.0− One of the floor to ceiling blinds was broken meaning that there was no privacy in the bedroom from the offices opposite. They had attempted to black out the windows, but this wasn't sufficient. I contacted the help desk but did not receive a reply. If you don't want people seeing you sleep or come from the shower, I strongly recommend going elsewhere!

Noisy and bright.
5.0Good location. Good size. Nice and clean. Nice bathroom.
− There is another building attached. The blinds on the window are paper thin and the other building had the lights turned on all weekend so the room was too bright. It was noisy too but considering the location can’t really complain about that.
Central, practical and value for money
8.0Great location. Large studio. So more space than a hotel. Noise levels were very low and good black out blinds.
− It did the job but only plus would be a lift.
