A nice hotel and staff were friendly when we arrived but customer service beforehand was poor and not very accommodating

− Customer service before we arrived was poor. Weren’t very accommodating given the occasion (wedding). Tried contacting numerous times but both reservations and reception rarely answered the phone.

− J’ai réservé une junior suite. Je me suis retrouvé dans un souplex ! Fenetres petites et en hauteur , bref sombre et pas luxueux du tout Ils m’ont proposé une chambre plus lumineuse, catégorie très inférieure sans remboursement de l’écart de prix
