− You can here tenants upstairs moving walking talking early morning. That's the only thing that was wrong
Although there was a noise issue the owners rectified the issues to my satisfaction

− Unfortunately there is no insulation between floors so you can hear the people upstairs walking around and in this case that was at 4am one night.
