2.0The people living at the place were very kind. They helped me carry the luggage I had with me up several flights of stairs. There was kitchen stuff avaliable for your use, such as microwave or fridge.
− The cleaning was awful and I found a lot of dirt and random stuff under the bed. The room was dirty. It's listed as pet-free, but there was a dog living there. The dog was super sweet and not a problem at all, but I am allergic and therefore will warn people that there is a (friendly) dog living here. It's listed as smoke-free, but residents smoked inside, which smelled a lot. It's listed as its own AC unit in the room, but the AC did not work. You get a key to the building but you can only lock your room when you are inside and therefore the door is left unlocked the moment you leave for the day or the hour. The door was broken and had to be lifted up to it's hinges to be able to be closed. The residents are awake late at night which means, if you stay in the room close to the living room, prepare yourself for a couple loud evenings. I saw a mouse in the kitchen. As I arrived there was a vacate notice on the door. Booking.com let me know that they said it's fine, but for your information, I will say it mentions apartment on the fourth floor which is where this is. I will admit that I did not talk directly to the individuals renting out the room, but I did discuss the situation with booking who in turn talked to them.
