Good location, but unfortunately it’s not good value for money, even for London.

We found the location to be excellent. It is situated within a triangle formed by Kensington Station and Earls Court (both about a 9-minute walk away) and Kensington Olympia (6 minutes). There are plenty of highly recommended restaurants in the area around Kensington Road. The rooms were quiet and bright, even though they were in the basement.

− When we asked our contact, Miki, if we could arrive 1–2 hours early, the answer was NO, as the cleaning staff were still there – but that wasn’t the case, because the edge of the bath was very dusty, and there was still a lot of hair and dust behind the bathroom door. The flat is equipped with two dehumidifiers, and they were completely full and waiting to be emptied. It’s a shame that each of the chairs was missing a floor protector – as a result, the lovely wooden floorboards around the table are/were badly scratched. The crockery was clearly in short supply; for example, there were only three sets of cutlery, even though the flat is advertised as accommodating up to six people. The paint is peeling off two of the kitchen cupboard doors. The windows haven't been cleaned for a long time.

Fantastisk fin, stilren, komfortabel leilighet som vi trivdes veldig godt i. Flott møblert, nydelig hage, fint og rolig nabolag. Godt utstyrt kjøkken med alt du trenger pluss ekstra: krydder, olje osv. Veldig enkelt å kommunisere med verten. Veldig praktisk med adapter med ladekablene til mobiltelefoner. Over all forventning!

− Et stykke å gå til nærmeste kafeer, restauranter, butikker og metro.
