9.0Giacomo!!! He was the perfect host who checked on me, gave me restaurant suggestions and was always available if I needed anything. This was a huge plus since I was traveling alone.
− It is in a good location between San Marco Square and the Rialto bridge. However, it's a 15 - 20 minute walk to the main ferry to Murano or the airport. If you intend to take the boat to the airport, this might not work for you, especially if you have a lot of luggage.

10.0Giacomo was very helpful and friendly with good recommendations for cafes and restaurants. The room was large and comfortable, and the location was very good with access to everything nearby. Good selection of drinks in the lobby too, pay on an honour system which was nice to see.

8.0Great Venetian traditional Casanova atmosphere in this room within a greatly located palazzo on Square Santo Stefano. Very close to Academia bridge and museum (with Vaporetto stop on Grand Canal), as well as San Marco square. Great service and welcome for our Wedding Anniversary with bubbles and flowers.
