4.0The location was great
− In general, you can just tell that this rental it’s just a few rooms once furnished and cared for and now forgotten. It is a basement unit and there was an unsettling smell that we couldn’t understand until we found a significant amount of mildew and black mold in the entryway where the laundry is. We sent pictures and pointed it out. The Property Management team came and tried to remove with bleach, which we appreciate, however, for the entire Stay, there was a dank and moist smell in the bedrooms and bathrooms. It was unpleasant and tainted our Stay. We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there as we know that is toxic.. I wish we had had time to move, but we simply did not. We were in London for a very short time. I appreciate the management team being responsive however, if I had known that we would have to see and smell visible mold and mildew we would never have rented the unit. If you have any sensitivity towards this, you will be miserable staying here. Further, we were warned that the previous renters had broken one of the bathroom doors and we were asked not to lock the door. That is fine however, every time we open the door, there was a creek that came from their Repairs. That was so loud it woke us up so not only can we not close the bathroom door we couldn’t lock it.

Fantastisch, auto veilig in de achtertuin, 3 min. lopen van de metro en in het hart van Notting Hill.

10.0The location was great and the apartment was a good size. We didn't get to use the garden area due to the weather but the it was very nice space. There are many shops near by so it was very easy for food etc.
