8.0Location. Many supermarkets and restaurants around. Very close to many bus and tube stops. Quiet area so easy to sleep even with windows open.
− The beds need changing. Very worn out from heavy use. The apartment is quite compact and shows its age. The lift was out of service the entire time we were there (end May - early June 26)
London visit with grandchildren
10.0Nice and priceworthy apartment excellently situated with access to shops, restaurants and Underground stations. Very comfy bedsofa. Easy to get the keys to the apartment. Staid with two grandchildren and they liked the place.

8.0Très bien situé avec plusieurs stations de métro et arrêts de bus.
− Les fenêtres sont très vieilles et je n'arrivais pas à fermer complètement. Heureusement ce n'était pas trop bruyant dehors. L'ascenseur principal était en panne pendant tout notre séjour. Il y avait deuxième ascenseur dieu merci mais qui était HS lors de notre départ.
Good value apartment in a great location
9.0Great location. Lovely clean bedding and towels. Clear and accurate information from host. Tea and coffee available. Everything you need provided for. Restaurants and shops for supplies close by. Numerous tube stations a short walk away, as are Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park.
− Not much not to like about this apartment for the price. As others have said the bathroom is a bit rough around the edges, but it's all fully functional. We didn't have a problem with the windows as they stayed open anyway due to the time of year we were staying.
