− Some minor glitches - no property is perfect But a very kind landlord sent someone to bring us a coffee machine on the Christmas Day!
A good stay but definitely not lavish as described
7.0Apartment was well equipped with necessities like tea,coffee and sugar. Bonus point for hair straighteners! Fabulous location for a quick walk to the tube station.
− Bathroom tiles were broken, toilet roll holder was broken, curtains in one room were the wrong size so they didn’t cover the window. The dining chairs and sofa were full of stains which could have been easily cleaned with a vax. Main bedroom could do with a mirror and some electrical sockets.
Well located and well equipped place to stay.
8.0Location to the local tube station and shops. Very modern and well equipped flat. Three comfortable bedrooms with a double bed room and two twin bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and everyone in the group slept well. The flat felt very secure, and other residents were very helpful and friendly. The ability to cook a meal for 4 adults was a real bonus. Good communication from the owner throughout the whole process.
− Although the instructions to gain access were clear, we encountered an issue with accessing a key for the outer gate, which was frustrating. However, this was resolved. The curtains in the front twin bedroom didn't fit the window fully, a better fitting set of curtains would be beneficial.

Short but pleasant, hosts were very accommodating and friendly.
10.0It’s was super close to the tube station, shops and bars. Take away food across the street too. Very convenient. The flat was clean, welcoming and comfortable.
− It was a little noisy in the evening but that’s to be expected in a London suburb.
