10.0The location is an 11/10 right on the Grand Canal. Alessandro was wonderful and gave us great restaurant recommendations and tips regarding the neighborhood. The apartment is incredibly clean had everything you could possibly need. We will be returning!

10.0Most helpful host, Alessandro. Great location close to two different vaparetto stops. Quiet; scenic. The property had anything one could need. What a treat to be in a portion of a palace on the grand canal!

A perfect choice for our bucket-list adventure
10.0Ideal location on the Grand Canal in an historic building, really with a lot of charm. The living room and kitchen windows looked out directly on the canal. It's on the ground floor, so access is easy. It's in a quieter area (Accademia) than the San Marco area, but has easy access to San Marco, etc by walking or vaporetto. The washing machine / dryer worked fine. The host showed us how to use appliances, manage recycling/garbage.
− Other reviewers have recommended we take the vaporetto from the train station to Accademia - what a big mistake! The massive crowd at the train station trying to get onto the vaporettos resulted in a 45 min crush on the pier. This was mid-day on a week-day. I wished I'd investigated the cost of a water taxi. It would have made our introduction to Venice so much nicer. On our return to the train station we were able to find space on the first vaporetto without any difficulties.

10.0Alexander is a fantastic host, he guided me right from the moment I landed in Venice till the time I left for Dolomites, transportation, restaurants, places of interest etc., making sure my stay at his property was comfortable! Moreover, the property itself was perfect very well maintained with all the modern amenities and located in the heart of Venice.

10.0There is so much to love about this beautiful apartment, it is spacious, clean, comfortable and not to mention has a gorgeous view of the Grand Canal. The apartment was situated in the more peaceful area of Dorsoduro, which was perfect for our trip as it was very easily accessible to all of the major sights, either by short walk or by the nearby vaporetto stops, with nothing but winding streets and bridges over quiet canals at every turn. Last but certainly not least, our host Alessandro could not have been better; he was extremely accommodating, helpful and attentive, we felt very cared for. Alessandro went above and beyond to introduce us to the area and provide us with lots of wonderful recommendations. Thank you so much for helping to make our first trip to Venice so special! I selected this apartment for my partner and I based on the reviews of others and we were not disappointed. For anyone trying to find a place to stay in Venice, look no further!
