− I noticed damage to the bedroom wardrobe, a spoiled bedside ledge, dirty and stained paint on the storeroom wall, and unclean kitchen facilities.

Other than the 2 things in the kitchen being dirty and the shower having problems we enjoyed the apartment.
10.0It was in a good area. It was quiet. The lady who was taking care of the property was real friendly and kept in good contact with me.
− The shower door didn’t close all the way. I had to try to keep it closed by my body or water would get on the floor. That’s why when we arrived there was a towel on the floor. To twist the water off wasn’t easy when your hands were wet. The shower and definitely the tube isn’t made for elderly people. The coffee maker and the water pitcher in the kitchen were sitting on the counter had water in them. I poured the water out of coffee maker and it was real dirty. The water pitcher was also dirty.

Please note that the apartment is on the lower ground floor level and is only accessed via a staircase. There is no elevator and guests need to be able to manage the stairs easily. Once inside the property is on one floor.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
