Price for value. Large "living room/dining combination". Large bedroom. French doors from bedroom onto deck in back. Fairly convenient to transportation station. London Tube, overground train, and bus lines. Property has a small washing machine, which was very handy for our length of stay. Also had off street parking for our car.

− It was fairly hot while we were there, and there was no A/C. But there was a fan which we used.

Very simple- will definitely stay here again in the summer as it’s in a very good location.

Location is perfect right next to the underground station , very open very clean, will definitely stay here again

Bed is awesome, we slept there comfortly. Also the bedroom is pretty wide, you may put every belonging of you to the wardrobe or the dresser. The balcony-by the garden is OK, we liked eating our breakfasts but the garden lights are off (probably broken, we let the host know) it would have been good if the lights were on and we could have our dinner. This place is beside very close to Walthamstow Central station (7-8 mins by walk), easy check-in, clean place, reachable cleaners all the time, bathroom is OK, with full of toiletteries and soap, shower gel etc. By the way, outside and the entire apartment is quiet and we had no noisy issue there.

− There are two things that should be reviewed. First of all, dishwasher should be definetely placed there. Because the kitchen tub is a little small, next to the sofa and so close to get wet. Dishwasher gets rid of all wetting problems. Also the kitchen equipments (fork, spoon, glass and wide pan) are insufficient. I guess these can be refilled easily. Rather than that, we really enjoyed staying there. We had no major issue there.

Can't believe anyone is stupid enough to ask these questions. Booking was cancelled by host at last minute.

− Booked and paid for in September for big pre-Christmas family gathering and a birthday party, cancelled by host on day before stay - just as we were setting off. Too late. No reply to phone or messaging. We had to make quick alternative arrangements, meant only one night in Walthamstow, and, cancellation of a birthday event. Booking.com very difficult to get hold of. Still not received a refund. Has put me off ever booking anything through Booking.com again.
