חדרים מרווחים הרבה מקומות אחסון

− אין מזגן רעש כל היום ובלילה מהרחוב וחייבים לישון עם חלונות פתוחים כי החום בלתי נסבל לא היה wifi לכמה ימים לא קיבלנו מגבות גוף, אלא רק ביום השני לשהייה , ורק אחרי בקשות חוזרות לקבל מגבות. התקשורת עם בעל המקום גרועה. לא עונה מייד, כשעונה מבטיח לבדוק ולא מטפל מיקום קרוב לתחנת תחתית אבל רחוק מאד מהמרכז

המיקום של הדירה בסדר. קרוב למטרו

− בעל הבית הוא סוג של נוכל. הוא מפרסם את הדירה כדירה ממוזגת ובדירה אין מזגן אחד. לפני שהגענו,רציתי לוודא שיש מיזוג (כי בתמונות לא רואים מזגן), והוא ענה מפורשות שיש, ושהמזגן נייד ולכן לא רואים בתמונות. למרות זאת - כשהגענו התברר שאין מזגן והיה חם מאוד. בעל הדירה התחמק בטלפון, הבטיח שיטפל, ונעלם (!!!) תוך שהוא חוסם אותי בנייד שלו. הגשנו תלונה לבוקינג ואמנם קיבלנו פיצוי, אך הדירה לא מומלצת ובעל הדירה - ממש לא מומלץ. בנוסף, כשהגענו הדירה לא היתה נקיה, באמצע השהות החשמל נותק והאינטרנט נותק גם - שניהם בשל חובות של בעל הדירה. בקיצור, מי שרוצה חופשה נעימה, נינוחה ורגועה - שיחפש דירה אחרת.

Все было отлично. Хозяин был всегда на связи и очень любезен. Просторная, чистая квартира.

Avoid at all costs - still waiting for my deposit back and given wrong apartment

− Booked for 6 people and was given an apartment with 2 small double beds upon arrival between us all after driving 4 hours to accommodation. Was forced to accept as they advised at 10pm to either accept or leave. Because of this we had to purchase inflatable beds. Furthermore we had to pay £100 refundable deposit which I am yet to receive back despite numerous promises that it will be sent to now them blocking my number with no way of chasing my deposit back. I would avoid these at all costs

Not satisfied as the flat facilities were not matching with the details provided in the website.

The house was clean and near to underground station

− The flat was mentioned as air conditioned. But it was not air conditioned and the owner was not picking up the calls to discuss this. But when we sent the check out message they replied instantly. Also it was heatwave when we stayed at the flat and the owner didn’t even bother to place fans in all rooms. There was just one fan for the entire house.We had to open the windows to get some air otherwise it was very very hot inside. The sleep was so much disturbed as the flat was roadside and there was noise from outside since we opened the windows at night. We booked for 4 adults and 2 children. The beds were two double beds in two bedrooms which was not adequate to accommodate all of us. There was one single bed in the attic which was very difficult to climb up. Also it was mentioned that the kitchen has oven, which was also not available.
