− Totale assenza gestione check in e out, scale impervie, manca colazione, da mail di accoglienza per check in ci parlavano di disponibilità pranzo, e invece non c'è stato servizio. In check out non è stato possibile lasciare bagagli per 2 ore prima della partenza.

7.0The location was perfect for getting to Olympic Park stadium for Take That, Tide within 10min walk. Beds were comfortable.
− Rooms were very dated,, bathroom was hot with no ventilation, Cleanliness was questionable
