Location was close to subway links for both downtown and uptown manhattan.

− The rooms were very small. There was no safe. It was a very noisy property. The bathrooms were outdated and there was no hot water, so we had to request a change. The receptionist informed us the water requires 10 minutes to heat up, however it still remained cold after 30 minutes. This experience was so bad we requested a change to the sister hotel on Orchard street. This hotel was much the same except the water did come to a mild temperature after 10 mins. Overall a really poor experience and bad value for money - avoid at all costs!!

− No hay en recepcion alguien idóneo para hacer check in. Estuve más de 1 hora esperando que resuelvan porque no tenían red de Internet. Vuelves de andar todo el día y no limpiaron el cuarto.

Great location, sufficient room, mediocre service, don't come in the rain.

The view from the room was nice. The room was an adequate size and the location was very convenient. There was tons in walking distance to explore. Some of the staff members were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated the luggage storing service.

− The phone in the room didn't work. The pillows were huge and uncomfortable. The bed was lumpy. The blinds over the window let in a bright boarder of light while you sleep--bring an eye mask. The towels were minuscule. Very few amenities were provided with the room. The wifi provided was unstable. Some of the staff members were not knowledgeable, friendly or helpful. Once it began to rain, the internet went down completely. They caused a traffic jam in the lobby as guests were not able to be checked in until the rain stopped. Some folks who had traveled from overseas were asked to sit on their own luggage for at least an hour waiting for their rooms. There must be a better way to handle an obstacle as predictable as rain.
