All in all we would definitely stay again, staff could t have done more to look after us,
8.0Location and facilities were amazing, property was clean and well looked after.
− No air conditioning during the warmer weather, being a top floor building the heat is very noticeable, fans in the rooms were not strong enough to keep cool. That would be my only complaint or criticism.

− 一晩中、部屋からアラーム音が断続的に聞こえて全く眠れなかった。管理者にも連絡したが埒がなかった。こちらが何かをしたのではないかとまで言われた。その音は私達が出るまでずっとしていた。耐えられず他のホテルへ急遽移動した。 バスマットも最初からぐしょぐしょに濡れていた。この料金でこの値段では全く理解不能な価格設定だと思う。

9.0El anfitrión, Shereen, fue muy atento y estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada. El apartamento está a dos calle de Carnaby, ubicación excepcional, pero no se escucha absolutamente nada de ruido. Muchos restaurantes y pubs típicos en los alrededores. El apartamento está completamente equipado y muy limpio. Genial para ir con niños. Totalmente recomendable. Repetiremos en nuestras futuras visitas.
− Por ponerle algún inconveniente, como la mayoría en Londres, no tiene aire acondicionado, además es un 5° piso sin ascensor.
