Very clean , great little studio apartment. Perfect for one nights stay while watching a band at Wembley. 20 mins walk to Wembley Park station but plenty of buses at £1.55 a trip if you didn’t want to walk. PIN code rather than a key made entry really easy.

− For the price and the location , can’t fault it.

Overall I would not book again.

− Pillows were so thin I actually managed to roll it so I could get some sleep. £160 for a tiny tiny room.

Nice and clean easy to travel

− Just a little too loud outside and there’s no curtains the room are way to bright due the summer time

I was very worried that it would be too hot because it was a heatwave but the windows were open when we arrived and there was a fan! And also it was pretty easy to get in. We were told 2 codes for the front door and the room before check in.

− The fan was slightly unstable and wonky but other than that everything was fine.

Perfect location for Wembley Arena!

The location was perfect for Wembley Arena (20 min walk) and also Welsh Harp reservoir (10 mins). Check in/out was seamless (door codes by email). We stayed in rooms 4 and 5 and arrived a little early at 2.30pm when the cleaners were still there (they had been delayed by laundry). This was not a problem and we just popped into the rooms and then went back out for picnic lunch at the nearby reservoir. We stayed 1 night in July and it was very hot. Thankfully there were fans in the rooms.

− Decor is a little shabby and room 5 blinds were inadequate for shade
