If price isn't a factor, I wouldn't recommend living here.

− 1. January in London is winter, right? The heating in the room was terrible, it was very cold. 2. The Wi-Fi frequently dropped; on January 24th, it was down all day with no one fixing it, and my communication with customer service remained unresolved. 3. Contacting customer service through Booking.com via messaging resulted in responses typically arriving the day after the message was sent. I was extremely frustrated by this inefficiency. 4. I assume bread is a traditional British food, right? So why wasn't a toaster, a very common kitchen appliance, present in this apartment? 5. From January 30th to 31st, the heating was practically nonexistent, making the room very cold, which caused me to catch a cold. I am extremely frustrated with your facilities.

− One of the days I was in confusion about the car parking. I was told from the website that car parking is added but I ended up paying throughout my stay.

− Lovely comfortable apartment. The only downside is only one private parking space which was not available. Offsite parking is only free at certain hours.

− No había mantas suficientes para las 4 personas. No había jabón para lavar los platos. No había papel higiénico para el baño. La calefacción se apaga durante la noche. Las puertas son de un local reconvertido. Falta de vajilla para las 4 personas.
