10.0El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo. Esta muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario tanto para cocinar como para la estancia en general (plancha, secador, toallas extra, ropa de cama extra, etc). La atención fue excepcional, tanto antes de la llegada, en el check-in como en la resolución de dudas durante la estancia como en el check-out. Muy atentos a nuestras necesidades y a proveer soluciones como poder mantener las maletas en el apartamento el último día después de la hora de check-out. La ubicación es excepcional, a pocos minutos a pie del centro de Londres, con paradas de autobus y metro a pocos metros.

1.0للاسف لم يلتزم المضيف بالعقد وقام بالمماطله وفي يوم وصولي قام بتحويلي لسكن اخر باسلوب غريب وعذر غير مقبول وكان مراوغ ويرسل لي في بوكنغ رسائل للايحاء بان الامور تسير على مايرام وانه قام باستقبالي ، ذهبت باجازه مع العائله وكان سبباً في انزعاجنا بطريقته واسلوبه ، لن اكرر التجربه معه ابدا

10.0Host was very welcoming. He personally came to receive us and explained everything in detail. It’s a rarity these days. Apart from that apartment fully stacked, clean, very centrally located and we had an excellent stay overall
