8.0Staff were very helpful, kind, and attentive. The location is excellent for exploring this area and is very close to the metro station. The building and all its amenities are new.
− They could improve the cleanliness. The bedsheets and towels felt fresh, but the utensils, floors, and other surfaces were not thoroughly clean.

8.0نظافة المكان وكان مرتب ولكن غرفة النوم لايوجد بها تكييف والمكان صغير والاثاث متكامل حتى الصحون والملاعق موجوده بس مسوى زحمه الاثاث لصغر المكان ونشكرهم على الترتيب والنظافه

7.0الموقع ممتاز جدا قريب من المترو ومحطة الباص والخدمات الموجوده في الغرفه كويسه فيها مطبخ وكل شي تحتاجونه وحاطين سلة سناكات مجانا والموظف ارجان كان جدا متعاون و خدوم
− مشكلتها الشقة كاملة مافيها الا مكيف واحد للصاله وغرفة النوم يعني لو تجون صيف ماراح تكون بارده و التنظيف كل يومين مو كل يوم ومافيه الا موظف واحد كل شفت

− While requesting cleaning it was cleaned but not under sofa, maybe missed, but not sure. There is bar and unfortunately, some days there is load noises from there.
