Quaint little flat, with some fun artwork. Great location, near tube, and restaurants. Good amenities. Great little courtyard patio. Hosts were great to communicate with.

− Had to be careful with stairs down to bathroom.

Good location. Quiet. Comfy bed. Not the cleanest, overall. Shower was an issue - water temperature was inconsistent and the tutorial supplied, was not how the shower was hooked up. Bath room on a lower level can be an issue for some people- as quite steep. Wifi was great. We never used the tv, so can’t comment there.

Overall, we had a very good stay. The apartment is a solid choice, though there are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Very close to the metro station and various shops. Whenever we encountered an issue, communication with the hosts was immediate, and they were very helpful in resolving our concerns.

− Bedroom: The main issue was the balcony door in the bedroom, which didn’t close properly. As a result, quite a bit of cold air was coming in. Bathroom: ​Since the bathroom is located in the basement, it was quite cold. We would suggest installing a better heating solution there. ​The bathtub faucet needs replacing. It was very difficult to adjust the water temperature, as it kept switching between scalding hot and freezing cold. It takes a long time to find a middle ground. ​Cleaning: We noticed some spider webs in the kitchen and the sofa covers were stained.

Fantastic location. Lovely little garden. Naser (host) very helpful.

− The fabric seats (kitchen/lounge) needed some attention.

We were very unhappy with the poor heating system and very cold bathroom. We would people avoid booking this flat.

− The central heating system failed and the bathroom radiator was broken. Although the boiler was promptly fixed, it failed again a day later. The bathroom is in a cellar and is very cold plunging as low as 7*C

Great location if you need to stay in the area, close to transport and all that Clapham has to offer

Location was excellent for our needs. The property was very good, however it should be noted that the bathroom is down a steep flight of stairs and is tight, so if any disability issues, it would not be appropriate. Outside courtyard is a bonus

− A few maintenance issues when we arrived, however Westminster were very quick to send someone around to sort this. Shouldn't have been necessary though!
