− On the third floor. Had to negotiate 45 very steep and narrow steps. That is a challenge with luggage.

− Taking luggage up 3 very steep flights of stairs. This wasn’t communicated well. WIFI was not working. No milk supplied for tea/coffee No breakfast supplied even though it said it was included on the listing.

Excellent base for a short break via Eurostar.
8.0The canal view. The proximity to Eurostar and local transport. Plenty of good coffee and an excellent French bakery nearby. Easy to stroll the canal ring from here. Interesting area, from shabby to chic.
− Local restaurants uneven: we had excellent and very poor food. The 'suite' is small, but quiet and well-equipped. It's in need of a little TLC, but clean. Getting up the stairs to the 3rd floor would be a challenge to some older visitors (we're 69 and 71), it might be an idea to explain this in your blurb. And where is the fire escape?

Excellent location but apartment lacking in some areas
6.0Excellent location for trams, trains and metro. Main streets within walking distance 10-15 minutes.
− Very steep stairs as on third floor - no lift. Small apartment, very small shower enclosure. The room is a bit tired and would benefit from redecoration. Kitchen facilities basic with microwave locked and unable to open. Main double windows do not open as latch removed this was a shame as unable to enjoy the canal views to full potential.
