− Location: dangerous. Especially at night time. Not walkable. Laundry machine: did not work. Host: did not respond to any emails

I was overcharged .I was charged a cleaning fee of 80 something pounds and the entrance to tge room was very dirty and no light in the bathroom

− The excess charge and the nathroom light wasnt working

owner was very nice and helpful. cutesy property. i wish the bed in the living room was abit stronger but everything else was fine. garden was nice and the area was nice.

Lovely and comfortable

We stayed in this lovely apartment over a weekend. It is tiny but we are a small family of three and we fitted perfectly. The location for us was perfect as it was only a few doors away from the location where we were attending a wedding. It is close to parks, playgrounds (necessary when travelling with small kids), markets, pharmacy, supermarkets, train station, restaurants, pubs etc. Apartment was very clean when we arrived. Seb was always available for the questions I had during our stay. Instructions for check in and check out were very clear and everything went very smoothly.

I have never had such an amazing flat rental experience. Seb is a great host and did his best to make our stay enjoyable. He even bought a hand mixer so that I could do some Easter baking! (I didn't expect that, I just asked him before if there is one in the kitchen). On the last day, he let us stay a few hours longer so we could leave the flat just in time for our train. The flat itself is very comfortable and clean with well-equipped kitchen (I loved cappuccino from a pod machine) and a small private yard (perfect for smokers). The location is perfect, a few steps away from a train station from where every half an hour you can get to central London Bridge within 8 minutes. There is also a Sainsbury's supermarket and a phone box library round the corner. I highly recommend this place!

We have stayed there 5 nights . Two addults with two almost adult kids. Good connections to the city (2 min from Deptford railway station, 5 min to the other one and bussrs to the city center and Greenwich) It is in a older building with entrance from a market street that can be busy on certain days or part of the day. Couple of restaurants, Tesco, ASDA etc pharmacy all in 5 min walking distance Appartmen has a well equipped kitchen, wifi, room with a double bad and a little bit more narrow sofa in the kitcen area that is ok for 2 persons with some compromises - owner was openly telling the dimension begore booking - to avoid supprize - we got what was promissed.- was ok for us but may be little bit narrow for 4 heavy weight addults or if you are used to "king size" bad. On positive side the matrace on the sofa is harder than in the badroom- if you have backpain issues after long walks in can be a good place to sleep- at least it was the case with us).
