9.0Location was great! We loved being in a quieter local area away from all the tourists. Great bakeries, gelateria, restaurants and grocery stores within steps. Room was comfortable and met our needs. Plenty of room for luggage. Staff was accommodating with our fluctuating check in times due to travel difficulties.

8.0Excellent communication. Ernst was very accommodating after our train was delayed and gave us plenty of his time when we arrived. Great location, within a 10 minute walk from the train station. 15 minutes from Rialto Bridge. Mostly quiet, but the room with the canal view can get a bit noisy with the boat traffic. Not a big deal though. Some coffee pods and other basic supplies to get you going were included. Good water pressure in the showers (they are small though)
− Poor WiFi in half of the apartment, and no mobile service either, so you can't use connected devices in the courtyard room. Small computer monitor style TV. We didn't use it, but good to know if you are bringing kids. Mattress is very firm. Ok if you like that sort of thing.
