Good value but disorganised
7.0The property is well furnished and located within close distance to busses and trains to reach various areas of London. The climate was comfortable, along with the beds and general offerings.
− We arrived quite late the night before London marathon, so we were excited for a good nights sleep ahead of running. When we arrived, the property hadn't been cleaned at all. Dirty underwear, dirty slept-in sheets, rotting food in the kitchen, dishes in the sink, crumbs on all floors and hairs all over the bathroom. We contacted the host, who sent someone that evening which was appreciated, but due to the error, we didn't get into the room until 12 o'clock that night (after arriving at 8.30pm). After the cleaner left, rotten food remained in the oven and the dirty pants were left in the drawer under the sink. Everything else was clean.

7.0Location, newly renovated, clean, quiet and had all the cooking necessities. The sofa bed was good enough for 2 people.
− We booked for 4 people and had only 2 set of towels. Staff was able to arrange for us to have 2 more sets the next day which was fine, but as the towels were just bought, when we dried ourselves a lot of dark blue lint was all over our body and on the bathroom floor. It seems like they were not prepared to have more than 2 people staying. Even though we booked 3 months in advance. We also didn't receive before hand any instructions on how to enter the flat, we had to message the staff and they did respond promptly. We had to do the same on where to find the linens for the hide a bed, we had no idea that they were packed inside the sofa. Also missing 2 kitchen drying towels.
