The flat looks as its shown and was very neat and clean. We had a good stay with family. Host was extremely responsive and the flat was a steal for its location in central london.

− Steps were too narrow and there is no dishwasher

Localização excelente. Máquina de lavar e secar roupas, geladeira e microondas foram muito úteis.

− Não tem ar condicionado, como me hospedei no verão, isso fez muita falta e foi desconfortável para dormir com o calor excessivo.

The apartment is incredibly well located a block from the British Museum and 15 minutes to many theaters, near Chinatown and many other great restaurants.

− The listing said that someone would meet me at the apartment, but at the last minute I was directed about half a kilometer away to pick up a key in a convenience store. Then, neither the address in the listing nor the (different) address given me by the owner actually took me to the apartment. I was sent a video to show me how to find the apartment, but of course since I didn't know where the video started - and also, the video was old enough that some of the landmarks in it had changed - it was very difficult to find. All in all, it was 45 minutes from arrival to key pickup to finding the apartment.

Great stay right in the center

The apartment is in a great spot, right in the center. Yet it wasn't too noisy. We had all the facilities needed, it was clean, spacious and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay here.

− They didn't automatically send check-in instructions through booking.com, and needed to get whatApp for their faster communication and ask for instructions personally which is a bit annoying.

This is a great apartment for a stay in London!

Location was excellent, space was perfect for two adults and two young kids. Washer and dryer were super convenient.

− There weren’t any paper goods or extra towels so cleaning up a mess was a bit tricky (or we could have run to the store but we didn’t). But that was our only major (not even a big deal) complaint.

L’estetica della casa e la posizione centrale, ottima per visitare Londra

− Il check in si effettua prendendo le chiavi della struttura in un negozio che dista 5 min dal b&b. Al piano inferiore, dove si trova la stanza da letto e il bagno, fa sempre freddo causa gli spifferi che provengono dalla finestra. Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi con il riscaldamento e con l’acqua calda, ci vorrebbe più manutenzione e attenzione anche perché dopo una giornata intera per la città vorresti solo rilassarti con una doccia calda. Sono stati subito disponibili, ci hanno mandato un idraulico che è arrivato dopo un’oretta ma purtroppo l’inconveniente è riaccaduto la mattina seguente. Il divano letto è semplicemente un divano e anche scomodo, è consumato ed è impossibile dormirci. Lo stesso vale per la brandina. Dichiarate il vero, grazie.
