Owners are scam! Beware!
1.0Nothing - we didn’t end up staying here after paying for it. they moved us to a worser airbnb 1 hour before check in time at 4pm with no heads up or notice. Completely unacceptable!
− The owner/ property manager Alex was terrible and almost felt like a scam. They initially told me the property was ready and at 4pm during the day of check in they text me saying the property isn’t available and we need to be moved to one of their other properties which was significantly smaller for our group size and less amenities as well. We literally had no choice since we were already on the way and no other property was available to even book as an alternative and ended up staying there. A couple of us had to sleep on the floor in the living room since it was 1 bhk smaller. No ping pomg or pickball court. We specifically booked this one for its indoor pool due to rain. That didn’t happen as well. I usually never write bad reviews but this time had to speak out. Would not recommended. Be careful!
