10.0The room was cosy and offered everything we needed for our stay. The view from the window was nice. Staff were helpful at checkout.
Excellent stay would definitely book again if possible
9.0Excellent value for money. This was a fantastic hotel and if I’m ever back I’ll see if I can book this one again. The staff member I spoke to was great and helped with my check in. The room was clean and beautiful with the mirror that had lighting around the borders, the balcony view, a sink beside the bed (which meant I didn’t need to get up to wash my hands), and just overall great vibes. As this hotel was a 30 minute walk from the city centre it was quieter than other hotels which was welcomed. The balcony door did block out a lot of noise too which helped. The shower, TV and everything else worked great. Pricing for Amsterdam was more than reasonable and room was very spacious. Overall a great stay, thank you.
− Unfortunately I had a technical issue with the digital check-in. The button to access my room keys didn’t work, and after 3pm reception was no longer available. I couldn’t get the keys from my email or from the Booking.com messages. I tried calling the hotel, but no one was available as the owners were out of the country, so I had to book somewhere else for the night. The next day it was sorted and wasn’t too big of a deal. Housekeeping did a great job and were hospitable. I also think the “Do Not Disturb” signs are a great addition but should be looked at and respected as well as if the door is locked. This would save a lot of embarrassing walk-ins and might make their life easier. I’m autistic so maybe I am just complaining about nothing but since they came at different times daily including when I was just getting up so didn’t reply it was awkward and avoidable.
