Location perfect, but disappointing experience.

It was a great location.

− The flat is located in the basement, and you can hear everything from the ground floor. The bedroom is located below the bedroom on the ground floor, and the tenants upstairs kept hours very unusually, so I was constantly woken at 2am and 4 am

Spacious, quiet, and very well-equipped apartment in an excellent location

Very spacious apartment located on the lower ground floor. The bedroom was large and the bed was quite comfortable, although slightly small for two people. There was plenty of storage space for clothes. The bathroom was well equipped, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Complimentary tea, a good variety of coffee, and even a bottle of wine were provided, which was a very nice touch. The apartment was also quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The location is excellent, with several tube stations nearby, making it very convenient to get around the city. There was also a well-equipped grocery store close by, along with many pubs, restaurants, and shops in the area. The Wi-Fi connection was also very good.

We would definitely choose to stay here again, and be very happy with our choice!

A wonderful location on a relatively quiet street, with excellent restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. Underground and bus stops were also easily accessible. Although the flat was below street level, we had plenty of light; along with a dark bedroom to enable good sleep! Also, the flat comes with a very nice shower stall that has excellent water pressure! All in all, very good value, and would be happy to stay there again!

− The hallway just inside the building's front entrance was a little littered with junk mail, but that is not the responsibility of this flat's owner / renter.

Comfortable, Convenient Place

It’s a clean, fully equipped and comfortable apartment. Location is brilliant too. Close to underground stations, Oxford Street, Bond Street and Regent Street. Walking distance to the British Museum , China Town etc.

Wonderful stay — cosy, comfortable and perfectly located

The apartment is in a perfect location: central, safe and great for walking around. It’s very cosy, comfortable and everything is really well thought out. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you might need. The coffee machine was a lovely bonus, with plenty of pods to choose from. The welcome complimentary gift was also such a nice touch. Check-in and check-out were easy and stress-free, with clear instructions. Alexandra was wonderful — very kind and quick to respond. I had a great stay and would happily come back again!

Amazing apartment. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone visiting London.

Amazing location. Super cozy apartment.

− There were some issues with the building management but the apartment hosts acted extremely professionally and everything was settled in a timely and comfortable manner.
