Excellent, fantastic views, everything needed was provided, and Zee was a fantastic host
10.0Zee was there to meet and greet, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and familiar with everything before leaving us to settle in, also sent a list of places locally to eat and buy provisions if needed. Great location, fantastic views, surprisingly for a large block was peaceful and quiet. We found a lovely little pub a short walk away that did great food, lovely riverside location called The Gun, staff were very friendly. Lastly Zee is a credit to his family, a lovely young man.
− If i had to suggest anything, it would be the water pressure for shower and toilet pressure, were not as powerful as we are used too, but that is not down to the host, and i would assume is generally the same throughout the block
Descent area with lots of opportunity, but not luxury.
6.0The property is in a nice building, with secured access. It's right on the Thames so the view is awesome. O2 is right out the window and you can see the air tram running in the distance. There's a little grassy area below where you can see some of the residents enjoying outside time with the families, doing yoga in the morning, or otherwise enjoying a tea and snack. Full kitchen is nice, and the washer/dryer unit was nice to have. It runs loud though in the hallway. Don't overlook the coffee shop that is downstairs. We didn't find this gem until our last day, but the ladies in there are AWESOME and they have a bunch of snacks, beverages, and even some groceries that you can grab to take up to your room. There's also a very well stocked little store if you walk down the street where the Italian restaurant is that we missed until our last day. No fault of the host...he probably told us and we didn't catch it.
− The listing stated "air conditioning". There was one portable air conditioner in the main living space when we arrived, that you had to position near the window to blow the hot air out. This means that during a really hot day, you're letting more hot air in than you are actually cooling. We stayed during the heat wave so this was almost enough for us to just leave and find another place. To Zee's credit, he partnered with us to get additional AC units in each room so that we could sleep, which is a core requirement of any place we would stay for this price, which was not insignificant. We ended up using one of the blankets that were provided and the pillows from the couch to block as much light as possible from the window. Then, it's important to note that the blinds in the master bedroom are sheer, not light blocking. When the sun comes up in the morning at between 4 and 5, it fires right through that master bedroom window. If you have the window cracked for the AC, then you're not even getting the benefit of the sheerness. Also, it's right in the landing path of London City airport, so the plans go right overhead and they are loud. They seemed to stop around 8, but they're right back at it at 6am. Sleeping was a challenge here. Then, focusing on the word "luxury" in the listing title, we had some issues with the condition of the room we were in. There was a cracked mirror under the sink in the master bathroom and a hole in the carpet in one room. Zee noted that that was from a prior visitor and that he was working on getting it fixed. There was also mold around the shower and the sink from moisture that collects because of the way the sink works, where you will not be able to keep all the water in the sink...so don't try. The fridge and cabinets had moulding that was coming off, and some of the cabinets didn't close all the way.
Amazing the apparent and who owns it made our stay this year and I now won’t be booking with anyone else
10.0From start to finish I’ll start with the owner whose communication is second to none. The friendliest helpful person iv ever came across on a stay away from home. Nothing is to much trouble and the guy gave us so much information and left nothing out. I really can’t fault at all and I was so impressed.
− Absolutely spotless so spacious beds was so comfortable lots of toiletries everything you need is in the apartment. The view was absolutely amazing also perfect location especially if going to the o2. It also feels very safe the building is also keep so well also. Everything you need and what when your away from home.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our first time London!
10.0Great location with a wonderful view overlooking the Thames. Everything you need is close by. Our host, Zee, was amazing. He provided excellent restaurant choices (try My Sushi Co in Canary Wharf!) Great communication before, during, and after.
