находится недалеко от центральной улицы,пешком легко дойти до многих достопримечательностей. Приветливый персонал,быстро отзывались на просьбы.

− Апартаменты находятся в доме,где идет стройка и внутри и на улице,шум круглосуточно.Электричества не было с 9.00 и до позднего вечера,соответсвенно ни зарядить телефон нельзя,ни пользоваться интернетом,т.к. рутер не работает, ни кушать приготовить,т.к. плита электрическая.В один день и воды не было. Лестница винтовая,крутая,т.к.не было электричества,темно и ничего не видно,очень тяжело спуститься,все в строительной пыли,грязи. Кровать сломага, правда сверху лежит хороший матрас.

Если хотите отдохнуть и выспаться , туда ехать не советую.

− По ночам очень шумно, до ужаса крутая лестница, здание старое, в комнате было не убрано , не хватало кухонных принадлежностей.

The location was close to the center. The host was friendly.

− The property is in very poor condition. It was too noisy, starting early in the morning, and not best for light sleepers. It wasn't cleaned when we got there - the toilet was disgusting (with uncleaned spots of urine), and the bin in the bathroom wasn't emptied, and it was full of women's pads. There was a soap left in the bathroom with hair on it, and the one left for washing your hands was used too. The sheets had stains on them. The kitchen's cupboards were all sticky, seemingly not having been cleaned for a long time. There is nowhere to hang the shower head, so you have to hold it while showering, which is very inconvenient. There was not enough toilet paper, no bath towels, and only used toiletries (as I mentioned). Also, when we looked for the property, it was on a different address than on my booking - a different street and number. We couldn't even find it on the map. Luckily, some kind people on the street helped us by calling the landlord. He is a young guy studying for a doctor, but I guess he is trying to do too many things at the same time, and he's very inexperienced about housing.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr gute Anbindung an Nahverkehr. Highlights von Beyoglu fußläufig erreichbar. Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar. Schon vor der Anreise schickte er mir genaue Wegbeschreibung vom Flughafen, was ungeheuer hilfreich war.
