10.0It was truly luxurous, i was so surprised I did not expect it to be so great quality. it is bigger than most apartments!
− It was cold when we woke up, the heating did not stay on overnight. But not a big deal

− In una camera un po’ di odore di fogna. La serratura dell’ingresso malfunzionante: si poteva aprire anche se chiusa a chiave, perché probabilmente era rotta e non teneva la chiusura.

7.0− Die Pumpe zum abpumpen ist viel zu laut. Die Tür zu einem Schlafzimmer klemmt. Die Fussbodenheizung in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Bad ist defekt.
Will be back in the summer.
8.0Boat much bigger than expected, location fantastic, surprisingly powerful shower for England, kitchen etc well equipped, check in and during stay support from Mo was brilliant. Very quiet and secure area.
− Was cold (fire in living room and underfloor heating in bathroom were both barred from use). Any water usage at night was noisy.
I loved this place and was sad to leave.
8.0This boathouse was so nice and clean. There was a well equipped kitchen.
− The heat never lasted throughout the night. We woke up freezing every morning. No hair conditioner provided. Had a coffee maker that required certain pods, but did not provide any. DLR was down for the weekend, so made travel a bit harder.
