7.0Good apartment for families. Quite clean. Spacious hall. Comfortable bed. Nearby there are many restaurants, a park, and a shopping centre.
− The apartment lacks proper care and attention, and here’s why: The power socket in the bathroom had fallen out, some bulbs in the chandelier weren’t working, and one light fixture was missing its cover — only the internal wiring was visible. The hangers in the closet seemed to be randomly collected from different places, possibly even from the trash. There was no basic kitchenware, and the apartment smelled of cigarette smoke. Hygiene items were also missing. All of these issues could be fixed for barely $50, but they create safety concerns and leave a very poor impression. I ended up buying a screwdriver and fixing the socket myself. We also purchased shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, and other essentials ourselves. Two days after our request, we received some beer glasses, a few tea cups, garbage bags, and a couple of knives, although they were not suitable for everyday use. The second issue is the noise from the street. It’s very loud, and anyone who’s a light sleeper will have trouble sleeping unless they use earplugs. Third, although the management team replies quickly, they are very slow to act, and not everything we asked for was delivered. All of these issues could be resolved in one day by one person, but unfortunately, no one seems to take that initiative.
