6.0I stayed at this hotel for one week. The room was spacious, clean, and in good condition when we checked in. The reception staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay.
− Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The housekeeping service was very poor, and the breakfast had the same food every day with no variety. Although breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:00 a.m., I was refused a piece of cake at 9:30 a.m. and was told that breakfast was over. One of the restaurant staff was also rude and unprofessional. In addition, the booking stated that free parking was included, but I had to pay extra for parking.
