Great location. Clean. High spec kitchen with useful touches - tea, coffee etc. Good shower. Spacious. Outdoor space a bonus.

− Some underground rumbles which you actually get used to. Owner provides ear plugs to mitigate this.

Great location, really lovely host and had everything you could need

− The property is so close to the Euston that you can sometimes hear the trains of thw windows are open but it wasn't disruptive or too loud.

Enjoyed our 10 nights stay at this property, clean & excellent location. The owner is very responsive.

We family of 4 (3 adults + 1 teenager) had a lovely stay at this property. The location is excellent, with bus stops and 3 underground stations (Euston, Euston Square & Warren Street) just minutes away. Also, supermarkets and cafes nearby. The owner provided ear plugs, but we did not use them, I think they are for the noise of the trains, as the property is v close to the train line, but we were all okay with it, didn’t bother us at all. The property is very clean, very new and has everything you need as described. The shower is good, beds are comfy and the sofa bed in the living room is good too! From airport to this property, we just took the train Elizabeth line, around 1 hour. The owner is very responsive and he bought two portable electric fans for us which helped a lot during the heat wave. We feel safe in the area. I will book this property again if I come back to London.

− On the last day just before we checked out, there was a water leakage next to the water pipe of the toilet. It caused water dripping from the ceiling of the kitchen/ dining area downstairs. Lucky that it only happened on our last day after our 10 nights stay. We worked out how to turn it off and stopped leaking when we left. The owner definitely needs to check the water pipe.

− Nada a reclamar. como sugestao eu colocaria varal pra estender roupa , apesar de ter secadora, pode ser util

Although it was a challenging experience due to some unforseen problems it was a good trip.

The proper is centrally located near a lot of attractions that was nice we could walk to.

− We were there durrning record heat and no central air or fans to help.

Had a fantastic stay here, highly recommended especially with such a responsive and helpful host.

Love the cosy home, very well-equipped. Love the kitchen, it has all that u need to cook simple meals. Location is fantastic, very close to Euston station and a few tube stations. You can literally walk anyway from here (we walked to British Museum, British Library, UCL, oxford Street, etc). There are also several restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was great with strong shower head pressure (important criteria for me!). A bit of noisy chatter from the street on our first night but that was about it during our 5-night stay. Ear plugs were provided but we didn’t need to use them at all. The host was very responsive and helpful. (When asked, he/ she even went the extra mile to call and check for us which nearby pubs were showing the game live telecast of a football match. Grateful and impressed!)

− Maybe just lugging our luggage up the stairs as the rooms are on the upper level. But it was just once up and once down so not a big deal.
