10.0Property was very clean and easily accessible. Staff were nice and location was perfect.
− Only think I didn’t like was that the property said that there was a balcony however we did not have one.
It was a six-seven :-)
6.0Good location. Lots of space for my 1 year old to roam around.
− Cleaning was not done properly before our arrival. We have reported this to the staff. There were visible sign of wear on the couch, chairs, parquet . Coffe filter was broken. In one of the bedrooms there is a strange device that starts from time to time - even during the night and makes a lot of noise. If you’re a sensitive sleeper that room is not for you.

8.0Location is very close to the sagrada and train stations. The place is quite and comfortable and the AC was a lifesaver!
− The online check in caused some troubles initially, but once you're in and get the physical key its not an issue anymore

− Las sillas del comedor están un poco dañadas. Y uno de nuestros acompañantes perdió un día por atender a unos trabajadores por un daño en el edificio.

9.0Die Lage ist optimal, zu Fuß kann man viel erkunden, Metro station Sagrada Familial direkt nebenan - beeindruckend! Sehr schönes Apartment.

− - furniture (table, chairs… etc.) need to be repair or replace, kitchen needs more plates, cutlery, cups etc.
