10.0Location was perfect for us. Close enough to walk to all the attractions and tucked away enough to feel like you have escaped the crowds. Loved the small canal the property sits right on with gondolas passing by. Greetings and recommendations along with best transport directions by our host really appreciated and spot on. We had a great stay here and would recommend.
May all my travels be so inviting to stay in a property like this.

Tolles und sauberes Apartment in zentraler Lage, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht! Sehr zu empfehlen!
10.0Sehr ruhig in einer Seitengasse und direkt an einem kleinen Kanal und dennoch zentral gelegen, sehr gute Ausstattung, alles sauber, mit Klimaanlagen und alles für eine mögliche Selbstverpflegung vorhanden = sehr zu empfehlen! … und vor allem ist eine sehr gute Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter möglich, auch über WhatsApp, der immer hilfsbereit war und tolle Tipps über und in Venedig teilte!

10.0Ulderico was the most attentive host! The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, check in process was smooth and very easy going. He even received me with a bottle of wine and some water on the fridge :-) His suggestions where to eat and things to do were on point. I strongly recommend, if you have the chance, stay here and don’t let it pass. Truly a gem!

10.0Our stay was amazing! Apartment is very spacious and host is very helpful and able to resolve any problems very quickly. Very clear details of check-in and check-out. We were afraid about aircon and hot water because of general comments of other apartments in Venice, but here everything was great, better than expected! Location is perfect for visiting all districts of the city staying longer as well as for short stay because Piazza San Marco is so close, but it is still a quiet place tho! Bedroom is so big and so comfy! Kitchen has everything you need and living room is superb bonus with additional aircon there - we highly recommend that place!
