My stay was unfortunately disappointing due to several issues

easy picking up the key and getting to the apartment. great location.

− While I had high expectations, my experience unfortunately fell short of my expectations. Specifically, I encountered the following issues: Heating Issues: The in-room heater malfunctioned during my stay, resulting in an uncomfortably cold room, particularly overnight. This unfortunately led to me becoming ill. Unsanitary Iron and Ironing Board: The iron and ironing board were not clean, resulting in a stain on my shirt. Faulty Hair Dryer: The provided hair dryer was broken and missing parts. Unclean Bathroom: The bathroom drawer contained used razors and other personal items, which was unsanitary and unacceptable. Unprepared Closet: The closet contained items belonging to previous guests, which should have been properly removed or concealed. These issues significantly impacted my overall stay and unfortunately overshadowed the potential for a more enjoyable experience. Considering the price I paid for my stay, I believe I could have had a more satisfactory experience at other comparable hotels in the area, such as the Kimpton or JW Marriott When i requested a full/partial refund, the host responded with this " Requesting a partial refund after finishing the whole stay wouldn’t make sense I’m sorry. It’s like finishing your plate at a restaurant and asking for a free meal" now you can see the difference between a hotel and airbnb/booking. customer service, etc. Lesson learned
