9.0Muy cómodo, proximidad al centro ,zona de restaurantes y cerca de metro y autobús.
− Al apartamento le falta mantenimiento, el microondas estaba roto y no giraba el plato. El grifo de una ducha estaba roto y solo salía agua por la parte de abajo.La puerta del balcón no cerraba bien y para abrirla tenías que hacer mucha fuerza. El anfitrión nos explicó todo en un minuto con mucha prisa y mala gana.
