Bad smell on the rooms, cleaning still after checking time.
3.0The **only good thing** about this place is the view. I strongly recommend NOT staying here.
− The check-in experience. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., which is a bit later than other places, but that’s not a problem for me. The issue was that when I arrived, the room was still being cleaned, even though check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. When I asked if I could go into my room, they made me wait, and the cleaning staff seemed very annoyed, as if I was interrupting them. I waited about 15 minutes while they rushed to finish because I had already arrived. I contacted Booking, and they told me to be patient because there was no other option. It was a very uncomfortable situation. On top of that, they had asked for my ID well in advance because there’s no one there to receive you in person, which made things complicated cause nobody confirmed that they had received my ID at all. I want to clarify that sending it wasn’t the issue; the problem was that no one replied that they have received it and I kept receiving endless messages from different people trying to contact me to send my ID that I already have sent. But the worse part is the room smells really bad, and I mean REALLY bad. The bathroom has a horrible sewage odor that makes it hard to sleep. Finally, as a tourist, you have to leave a tax of 12 euros in cash, (which isn’t a problem either). I even took a photo of the tax as proof, but even now I’m still waiting for a confirmation that they received it.
