I would not stay here again.
1.0The hotel has a good location, and the double room was comfortable. The housekeeping staff were excellent and provided great service.
− However, there were several disappointing issues. The triple room was extremely small, and the bathroom was very old. On our first day, the shower head was removed for cleaning, and we were asked if we wanted to take a shower without it, which was very inconvenient. The air conditioning is controlled only by the reception, so guests cannot adjust the temperature from their rooms. Our room was also very stuffy. Breakfast was very basic, and the dining area is a small basement room with no windows, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. Two of the reception staff, both blonde ladies, were unfriendly and unprofessional. When I asked for a late check out, one of them immediately said “No” without even asking for my room number or checking availability. The elevator was out of service one day, which was frustrating after a long and tiring day. Overall, the hotel is much smaller and narrower than it appears in the photos. Finally, my son asked for some ketchup, and instead of helping, the staff told him to go and buy it from a shop outside. That was a very disappointing level of customer service.
