値段そこそこ、ロケーション料だと思う。同じくらいの値段でロケーションを選ばなければもっと快適なホステルはある。
6.0とにかくロケーションは良い、パディントン駅やハイドパークやオックスフォードストリートなど近いのが良い。
− 正直な所、水回りは狭く快適ではない。設備に年季が入っている。汚いところが多い。
Not a comfortable experience
3.0Low price. 20 minute walk from Paddington station (not recommended at nighttime.) Hostel area locked with security codes
− The staff member who checked me in was unfriendly and made me uncomfortable, ranting about his colleague being late to start his shift and how he would “beat him up for it later and enjoy doing it”. The person who was there the next morning for checking out was much more professional. The whole hostel area was old and shabby-looking and my room’s bunk beds had 3 stories. I was on the top bed which was not easy to get to, no plug point to charge my phone, and it was so hot that I hardly got any sleep. I left as early as I could the next day

− Établissement à fuir!!Invasion de Punaises de lit!!! Notre chambre était sale. Quand nous sommes arrivés nous avons vu de la poussière, des traces sur les murs et un coton tige usagé parterre. Au milieu de la nuit mon conjoint m' a réveillé parce qu'il venait d'écraser un insecte qui venait de le piquer. C'était une punaise de lit!!! Nous avons allumé la lumière,son corps était jonché de boutons et j'ai vu des bêtes sur les murs et le lit. Mes boutons sont apparus le lendemain. Nous en avons partout. Vu le nombre, il s'agit d'une vraie invasion. Nous avons quitté notre chambre à 3 h du matin pour nous réfugier au bar d'accueil le temps qu'il fasse suffisamment jour pour partir. Le personnel nous a laissé attendre là et nous a offert un café. Nous sommes allés prendre une douche dans la salle de bain pour vérifier que nous n'avions pas de bête sur nous, celle-ci était sale, sentait mauvais et nous avons vu une souris! Pour l'instant nous n'avons pas de nouvelles d'un remboursement!! Ni aucune compensation financière de la part de l'hotel. En plus, nous avons eu des frais supplémentaires pour nettoyer tous nos vêtements à 60° afin de ne pas propager l'invasion et nous acheter de la crème pour apaiser les démangeaisons.
