Great breakfast, could have better reception staff and updated rooms.

− Reception staff not as friendly as you’d expect for a hotel. Felt very dry and like we were being upsold external activities. Rooms require some updating, photos look great but in person felt its age.

8.0L'Hotel era una banca e si vede l'austerità tipica della banca. Alla reception hanno però fatto di tutto per rendere confortevole il nostro soggiorno tramite la prenotazione di alcuni servizi esterni.
− Secondo me la colazione costa troppo. Questo spinge molto a rifiutare e fare colazione in un bar esterno adiacente alla struttura. Le stanze che danno sulla via principale hanno la visione di fronte un palazzo fatiscente, non bello da guardare.

3.0The property location was nice and the lobby area.
− Our stay was very disappointing, especially for what is advertised as a 5-star hotel. The staff were rude, unwelcoming, and not accommodating, which made our experience far from enjoyable. The housekeeping was also poor, and the cleanliness of the room did not meet the standard we would expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, we expected a much higher level of service and quality, but unfortunately, the hotel fell well short of our expectations.
