9.0I never actually met the owners as fees are paid up front and codes are issued for gate & room access. They did respond in a timely way to WhatsApp messages and kindly allowed me access to the room until into the afternoon on departure day

Very nice stay. Very helpful landlord. Great location.
8.0The studio was very clean, bed very comfortable. Microwave, full refrigerator & freezer, a few basic dishes, etc. The landlord, Milton, was very helpful. Even posted a list of stores, restaurants, etc. Including addresses & hours. Very helpful for us as we were there a week. Great location, quiet neighborhood. 😊
