Mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji, obok sklep i stacja. Najważniejsze rzeczy były w porządku, mieszkało się dobrze. Mieszkanie czyste. Dobry kontakt z właścicielką.

− Trochę słabe wi-fi. Sygnał był w całym mieszkaniu, ale sam internet miał nieraz małą prędkość. Do tego przydałoby się trochę więcej wyposażenia w kuchni - były tylko dwa kubki. Ale to detale.

Tutto ok, i locali erano puliti e c'era il necessario per la cucina e il bagno. Abbiamo usufruito della lavatrice, mancavano un po' di mollette ma nessun problema. Ho parcheggiato l'auto sotto casa, in strada. La Vicinanza alla fermata della metro e del bus

We liked the fact that this compact apartment was placed right outside Brockley station in zone 2. Nice neighbourhood with a Costcutter shop bang opposite to it. Kitchen was well equipped with sufficient vessels, spatulas plates, oven, coffee maker etc.

− Balcony was unclen with cigarette butts fallen on it, the grill and floor of the balcony were dirty and rusty. So we hardly went to sit there. Extremely noisy as it faces the main road and rail tracks. Took a while to get accustomed to the loud noises at night. We had to fight with the building entry door everytime we had to get in as it wouldn't open easily. Sometimes we would try and try for several minutes not being able to get it open Curtain rods in all the rooms were broken, not properly fixed. There we no curtains as such. The plastic sheet like curtains wouldn't move well so we had to adjust with how ever it was. If we tried sliding it, the whole rod would fall on our head. We have a video of this too so that we wouldn't be blamed for the condition later. It gets very stuffy and hot during summer. First three days, we did not have proper fans. However end of the third day, Ms. Teresa was kind to buy a new fan to help us stay comfortably. Really appreciate that.

Un petit apartament encantador i suficient per a 3 persones com erem nosaltres. Estava net i tenia tot l'equipament necessari. Tot i estar allunyat del centre, teniem una parada de tren i overground a nomes 2 minuts, i en menys de 30 minuts arribàvem al centre. El barri és molt acollidor i perfectr per a famílies.

− Per posar alguna cosa, el sofà llit l'haurien de canviar per què es molt incòmode i que la situació de l'apartament, al estar en un carrer molt transitat, fa que hi hagi molt soroll de transit tot el dia. Apart d'aquestes dos coses ha estat perfecte.

Bright and very clean flat. All amenities very available for cooking, large frigde. Two small local supermarkets in 200 m from the flat. Very close to the overground station but not too much noise from the trains. Your heard more the cars than the trains but normal for a city flat and was not that disturbing. Washing machine was well appreciated.

− The drawers of the wardrobe need to be fixed. Mattress in the bedroom too soft to our taste. Hangers in the corridor for the coats would be appreciated.
